Was originally a party to Phandelver’s Pact, but unlike the other elves she regretted it. Her jealousy of the dwarves & humans led her to slowly poison the wood, in an attempt to divide the elves and have them revisit the pact.
She reached out to Lolth for drow poison that would transform the wood into a wasteland. But she did not realize that the poison would transform her – and in her death, create the agent of the forest’s destruction. She survived the orc invasion because she was already dead.
She has sacrificed Bob to her first Gulthias tree, the beginning of the army she will raise to retake her castle and then launch an attack on human civilization
She refused Bob because she does not trust drow (or anything living) anymore
